BPO India is one of the popular business practices in today's competitive environment. The Indian BPO industry is constantly growing. According to India Infoline, the ITES-BPO segment registered a growth of 59% this year to reach US $2.3 billion and is projected to grow 54% to $3.6 billion in 2003-04. However, along with the phenomenal increase in BPO to India there has been a backlash against outsourcing. These enraged cries come from parties that have been affected by the migration of jobs to offshore locations like India.
