Mr. P.C. Sharma – Managing Director
Mr. Sharma conceptualized the KVC Info Private Limited in 1995 as the Managing. He is the CEO of the organization and his purpose is to make KVC an “organisation the IT industry admires". He directs the organization's business strategy.
He developed the goal and vision and the operating framework of KVC to grow and maintain as a highly technical & competitive software house focused to serving globally and be known for its People Partnership culture. He has led the growth of the company across multiple geographies building long term relationships with national and international clients. He manages the corporate functions of the company through the heads of HR, Finance and Corporate Communication. He is responsible for national and international Business Performance, Management and maintaining Organization team work Culture.
He carries rich experience of 40 years in the IT & Telecom industry with the last 12 years devoted to Web/internet/e-commerce Solutions business. He has worked with several global scale companies with a rapid career growth in Sales, Marketing and Corporate Roles. He is graduate in science with a Post Graduation in Business Management. He is also a Post Graduate in Marketing Management.
Mr. Chetan Sharma – VP Finance and Internet Marketing
Mr. Chetan has two experiences in finance, website design and Internet Marketing and 12 years of management experience in the high technology domain. As chief financial officer he directs the strategic planning, outside investment, and growth plans for KVC. He held several senior executive positions of finance and administration and head Finance for Shanque Technology. He acquired his bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration.
As a head of the Web Design and Internet marketing he created the presentation tutorials on SEM - search engine marketing initiatives, and mentoring the search engine marketing team on all concepts of SEM including search engine optimization, link building, branding, conversion enhancement, log analysis, reputation management, press releases, PAD file optimization, software submissions, sitemaps, submitting to software portals and directories.
Dr. Kumar – VP Technology
Dr. Kumar has about 11 years of research, and web development and Information Security experience.
Dr. Kumar did his M.Sc in Electronics from Delhi University. He has worked on Information security in IT/ Telecom domain.
His main focus is on R&D, key responsibility to bring the new technology and its knowledge in the company. Use this technology in the current or new projects.
Mr. Bhartendu Sharma – VP Operation and Delivery
As Vice President – Operation and Delivery, Bhartendu is responsible for KVC’s Operation and Delivery.
Prior to joining KVC, Bhartendu established offshore development centers for Jcast Network India Private limited, as General Manager – Operation and Delivery He was managing the operations of all development units as P&L centers and development centers at Delhi & Noida, India where he was from 2000 until 2006 and offshore development center of STi-SSPL where he was country head from 2006 till 2007.
Bhartendu's collective experience in management of software engineering and operations puts him in the best position to understand the people-work environment at KVC. He is responsible for ensuring that KVC implements best Quality process at organizational and project level.
His 16 years of total work experience contains his proficiency in various activities such as Operation, Delivery, Program and Project management, programming, technical support, training and presales activities.
He received a Bachelor of engineering degree from Amravati University.
